Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Change of Order Policy

If you cancel or change of your order, or make a wrong choice of products, you are not entitled to a refund. However, you can receive a credit voucher valid for 12 months from the date we accept the cancellation or change.

48 hours cancellation notice required before event start date for orders over $100. If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of your party start date, a 50% cancellation fee applies or receive a full store credit voucher upon rescheduling. Your store credit voucher will be valid for 12 months from the cancellation date. When you're ready to set a new party date, call us and we'll apply it to your event. 

Refund Policy

If the goods you purchased have a defect (not caused by you) without a discounted price, you are entitled to a refund within 24 hours notice via e-mail. We are happy to exchange, credit, or repair the goods if you prefer.

You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind, make a wrong choice or do not use some of the products. You can receive a credit voucher valid for 12 months from that day upon acceptance of the goods or exchange.

We are not accountable for Inflated balloons or any arrangement that is damaged or destroyed directly or indirectly by you while under your supervision.

We have the authority to evaluate if you qualify for a refund, exchange, or credit voucher, and we retain the right to provide explanations.
