Balloon Delivery Policy (Shipping Policy)

Helium Balloons, Air Balloons, Balloon Decorations Delivery Policy:

We provide inflated balloons delivered to Sydney Metro areas. Delivery pricing is based on location and parking availability. A surcharge may be applied if needed to cover any parking expenses.

Every order needs one delivery point.
If you are unavailable to receive your order upon delivery, it will be left at your designated address, following any provided delivery instructions. If you cannot be present to receive your order, you bear full responsibility for your items being left at your delivery address.

At Balloon Superstore, we ensure every order is carefully prepared with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Your items always arrive in perfect condition.

As such:

  • If by any chance balloons are damaged during transit, we will quickly replace the damaged product.
  • Balloon Superstore shall accept no liability for your balloon order once it has been securely delivered.
  • We are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for items damaged due to lack of care or surrounding conditions post delivery.

Lost or Stolen Policy:

We highly advise that you are available to accept your online purchase, or we will be obliged to leave it at your doorstep. We cannot be held accountable for any lost or stolen items left unattended. Kindly provide a suitable delivery address and timeframe to minimize your risk.
