You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password, as well as for all activities under your account. Balloon Superstore may refuse service, terminate accounts, or edit content at their discretion. They do not assume responsibility for content posted to third parties. Balloon Superstore do not take responsibility and liability for any content posted by you to a third party.

We can't ensure all product descriptions on this site are error-free. Stock levels may vary, so please reach out to us to verify.

Phone & email Order Payment Terms

Orders may be placed via phone or email with a minimum 50% deposit. Should you require balloons delivered to your designated location, kindly ensure full payment is settled in our bank account at least 48 hours prior to your order date.

Balloon Delivery Terms

We are not accountable for balloons or any arrangement damaged or destroyed by you while under your care.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to review your eligibility for a refund, exchange, or credit voucher, and provide explanations as needed.

Arch, Column, Garland Stands

Customer may retain Balloon Arch, Balloon Column, or Balloon Garland stands for 48 hours. After 48 hours, we retain all rights to reclaim (Pickup) the stands. If the stands are kept for more than 48 hours without any agreed mutual terms, we reserve the right to deduct the security deposit for the stands. In case the stands are damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct the security deposit. Each stand is the exclusive property of Balloon Superstore.
